Product Replacement Policy
If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory flowers:

- All quality complaints must be made within three (3) days of delivery due to the perishable nature of flowers.

- Please email a photo of the flowers along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to [email protected].

- Once the damage is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order:

- You can request changes within one (1) hour of placing the order without any fee.

- Changes requested after one hour will incur a $10 administration fee.

- Please note that during peak holiday periods, we may not be able to accommodate order changes, but we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order:

- Cancellations made within one (1) hour of placing the order are free of charge.

- For cancellations made more than one hour after the order is placed, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery.
Please note: Orders placed during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
International Orders
For orders placed outside of Canada for delivery within the country, charges will be in USD, and applicable provincial taxes will apply.
